Upon cancellation, you will retain access to ChatCrafter's features until the end of your current billing cycle.
No partial refunds will be issued for unused time in the billing cycle.
Refund Eligibility

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new purchases.
To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your refund request within 30 days of your initial purchase date.
Refund requests made after the 30-day period will not be honored.
